The buyer has the right to return (100% refund) or exchange (for an equivalent value or with an additional payment) the purchased item within 14 days of purchase, provided the product maintains its marketable quality, includes the original packaging and tags, and includes a receipt or invoice confirming purchase via the website https://tergan.kiev.ua/.
In case of return/exchange of goods via Nova Poshta, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Indicating the recipient's shipping costs will be considered a violation of the return policy, and the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Please note - we do not accept claims for items purchased outside our store.
Return of Defective Items
The warranty covers items with manufacturing defects.
Return Procedure for Defective Items
1. The buyer is obligated to send an email with a photo of the defective product and the sales receipt to tergan.ua@gmail.com. 2. After reviewing your product quality complaint, Tergan Ukraine will notify you of its decision by reply. In some cases, we may require a visual inspection of the product. 3. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed or an inspection is required, you will receive an address to which you must send the defective product in its original condition and packaging, along with the warranty card and a receipt or invoice confirming purchase via the website https://tergan.kiev.ua/ (Shipping at the buyer's/sender's expense). 4. After shipping, please provide the consignment note number, which we can use to receive the product. 5. The company undertakes, first and foremost, to carry out warranty repairs of defective products at its own expense. If repair is not possible, an exchange or refund will be provided.
Defective products are accepted within the timeframes established by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" (Section 1, Article 7, Clause 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights"):
• small leather goods – wallets, key holders, credit card holders, business card holders, cases, document covers, and other accessories – 30 days from the date of purchase;
• women's, men's, and travel bags – 50 days;
• Suitcases, briefcases, and folders - 70 days;
• Leather belts - 30 days.
The warranty does not apply to the following items:
• Items with damage due to improper use of the item.
• Items with mechanical damage, including contaminated items.
• Items with damage caused by precipitation.
• Items with changes in the color or texture of the leather due to its natural properties during use.
• Products after the warranty period has expired.
Tergan brand products are made from the top (grain) layer of calfskin, the grain pattern of which only confirms the quality of the materials used in the manufacture of the products. Minor abrasions, slight unevenness, roughness, and moles on the leather are not defects, but rather indicate the naturalness of the material and emphasize the uniqueness of the purchased product.
